You can find reasons for not approving. We all know they exist. There are counterbalancing reasons that strongly support approving. We all just have to wait for the outcome.

Esousa is under water now. Still
don't get what they saw in this investment, particularly with the pre-paid warrants. Would think that they would almost have to have a clear incentive to make this investment. And Veritone has not announced anything meaningful since the Esousa transaction,

At RC's closing price the merger consideration is worth $4.49 plus a CVR worth up to $0.36. So $4.85 max. I'm only including a $2.375 dividend since 6.5 cents was paid in December.

That compares to $5.89 (assuming you get 36 cents for the CVR) when the agreement was signed.

The new bag holders should be really mad and file complaints with the SEC!

I guess that explains the explosion in price/share since the announcement, 3.50 pre-announcement going to today's 2.90/share. Suffice it to say I don't agree with this analysis at all. It appears I am not the only one.
