congress requested records on mmtlp from the dtcc and finra multiple times but they never got them. there were no ramifications against the dtcc or finra.

committees are worthless. they are just for show with no bite. no one is required to answer their questions.

I would love to see average Day on Therapy data from the company but I would argue compliance rate is pretty high, especially if you have had a major coronary event. I would argue compliance, while not as high as statins, will be a fairly large percentage of that. Just my opinion.
