pursuant to CVM Instruction 358, of January
3, 2002, and amendments thereto, hereby informs its
shareholders and the market in general that, on November 27, 2014, the Sao Paulo State Energy and
Sanitation Regulatory Agency (ARSESP) published ARSESP Resolution
520, authorizing SABESP to apply a 6.4952% repositioning index as
of December 27, 2014.
