MERGER & ACQUISITION DISCUSSIONS

Markets: DNNC), today announced that It’s CEO, Dong H. Chung,
will be in Korea for a series of meetings to further ongoing
discussions regarding a potential strategic merger and/or
acquisitions. “These meetings are the next steps in a
dialogue that began nearly a year ago,” explains Chung. “We
are now in a position to actively pursue our strategic objectives
in Asia, and we anticipate several significant announcements as a
result of this trip.”
First on the list for Chung will be the engaging of an
investment banker, followed by meetings with several animation and
production studios. Mr. Chung will also be meeting with
several investor groups including private equity and institutional
funds. GDET has several projects in development that will
either launch first in Korea or will be co-produced in Korea for
worldwide distribution.
