I just wish they hadn't had the reverse split. I had 120k shares of sympower back in 2011. Now I have just 100. (although I did buy it for hundreths of a penny per share)

It would have been nice to still have that many shares, although it wouldn't be anywhere near $.40 a share if they hadn't had the reverse split.

They must be waiting til last minute to submit. This is not making sense seeing they changed their name and amended articles.

Well, I do find it odd that they Amended and Restated Articles updated Friday and they changed their name to Xinliwang International Holdings Co. Ltd according to OTCre.com. In fact, you can't find Sympowerco Corp on NVSOS anymore. It's gone. But you can find: Xinliwang International Holdings Co. Ltd.

So much for those filings as the bid and ask decline........
