It does matter if this ticker can't trade in Canada... If a company is involved in fraud or securities abuse, then it is required the go through a much more complicated process to get listed and become tradable again. Even if Canadian restriction wasn't enough ( which in many cases it is), both BF Borgers (Lakewood, CO) and Brad Hare/Mammoth West (Illinois) committed fraud in US jurisdiction with their involvement in XFLS.
With Biden enacting 15c2-11 regulations, a "211 review" process is required before XFLS can become compliant and tradable again. Therefore it is unlikely that an outside entity will seek a reverse merger with XFLS. There are many other ticker better suited for this type of activity. If I understand the review process correctly, the current CEO, Andreas Roussos will need to be involved. In my opinion he is our only real chance at getting anything moving.
Yes, Michal Mclaren is a POS, and scammed us. But, in regard to our money, he is irrelevant. Any involvement by him would just make matters worse, it's best if XFLS completely washes their hands of him. We won't know if this is true until Roussos decides to do something and file something. This is why we will be here for years. Roussos would be dumb to let all the fraudsters out. If he were to keep filing the necessary paperwork and get this ticker trading again... Then, the nefarious actors would have the potential to convert notes, sell, and dilute XFLS to the max. As of now, there is no volume and the fraudsters are trapped with whatever shares they have left in their inventory.
November (2024) marks the last of the legal action. So far, Mike and his family have had to give up their shares. Brad Hare/Mammoth West have had to forfeit their shares as well. These actions are good for us. And... As the dust settles, maybe one day Roussos will file some paperwork.
I know you call Roussos a "fall guy" but a fall guy takes the fall... Right now, I don't see any action being taken towards him and I can't find evidence of wrong doing. It does seem he is still involved in doing business and at one point partnered with Fidelity.

Only time will tell if Roussos is legit.

My friend, if that was the case all the OTC CEO's would be in jail. There wouldn't be an OTC. I learned, mainly from X that there's maybe 1% of real tickers in this market. These CEO's raise money through tickers and abandon them. They cause a run through their debt holders and then the debt holders who hold the largest amount sell off and drive the company back down. The CEO's know what they're doing. The note holders know what they're doing. The OTC is essentially a big Wall Street scam that you need to be in and out at the right time. A lot of us have a shit ton of dead money tied to this one thinking Mike was being truthful with us... He ended up just like the rest. He's not going to jail in Canada or America. He won, we lost. We either move on. Or hope one day someone comes into this ticker and runs it... It is possible, heck I held one for 5 years as a dead ticker and it ran again...
I know not a lot of people are checking this board, but has anyone reached out to the guy Mike gave the ticker too? Does he even still own it? I have been gone a while and not paid any mind considering where we still are.
