Panache Beverage and Domaine Select Announce Portfolio Import Deal

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Jun 17, 2014) - Panache Beverage, Inc. (OTCQB: WDKA), an alcoholic beverage company specializing in the development, global sales and marketing of spirits brands is pleased to announce that it has agreed to terms with Domaine Select Wine Estates.

Domaine Select will act as the importer for Panache brands in the U.S. and will remain a New York distributor for Wódka Vodka and Alibi American Whiskey. The brands will have a featured presence in its Classic & Vintage spirits division. The alignment with Domaine Select comes as Panache continues its business restructure.

Panache Beverage and Domaine Select Wine Estates have had a business relationship since March 1, 2011 when Domaine Select became the US importer and New York Distributor for Wódka Vodka. The relationship expanded in November 2012 when Domaine Select assumed New York distribution responsibilities for Alibi American Whiskey. In 2013, Panache Beverage became its own importer and Domaine Select remained a New York distributor for both brands.
