A quick google search shows that it sold for $1.4M in July.

One of these pops is going to hold and we'll see much higher moves ahead. We had 2 nice pops with strong volume and then retraced. With the O/S where it is, and with a new suitor for the shell, there is really no telling where we go from here.

I remember being in IBG R, back in 2018. It popped 3 times, just to retrace all the way back down. Then once time, it didn't retrace, and continued to move from .001s to .04 range.

RVD O, same thing, 3 or 4 times nice volume spikes and then retraces all the way back down. But then one time, it actually held, and it moved through .01 and .02 and held before moving to .45. Retraced again before finally hitting a high of $2.15 or so.

CMG O, same thing. 3 times popped hard, only to be followed by big selling all the way back down to low .002s before finally holding and rallying to .03.

Yup, just need to figure out what the plan is for the new owner.

seems like one that w news or a filing will wake up to up 400% and rising someday, hopefully soon!

Yeah, some folks expect instant returns.

The fact this is no longer dead opens up a ton of opportunities. I will keep soaking up shares if they want to keep it low. This is what happened with RVD* recently.

Volume out of no where, all pops were sold into, but then, it rallied and held. Then kept running, and it eventually ran to $2.00 from sub .01.

Probably sold because volume died off

Some smart guy dropped the ask to .015.

I was able to get 30k more at .01445.

WCYN has only closed over $.02 on the daily maybe 4-5 times in the last 7 years.

Add on to the fact it has a 22M O/S, any sort of revenue generating company brought in here should send it north and fast.

I laugh at my old bag holding comrades. They sell any price they can because it's finally moving. This is why I hold all my turds/shells.

Little do they know, this could be just the beginning. It happened on KAVL, RVDO, IBGR, TOMI, LRDR and I'm sure a dozen others that I'm not remembering right now.

quick Google search on Vandana Govil shows she was once the secretary and a director for Cemtrex, Inc and resigned in 2009. Cemtrex is a Nasdaq company!

I've been bidding 100k @ .0121 for a long time now, and all I've gotten is 10k shares despite the numerous "trades" that have occurred there. Seems to me there are some MM share swapping going on in hopes to induce selling.

That outstanding share count will be short lived now that Wyoming has UNLIMITED authorized commons for WCYN. Dilution is on the way for sure.

The correction was for the merge out from a few months ago. I ordered the filing it just said change merge out to merge in.

NVSOS merge in on June 11.

I think the market makers gave themselves a free meal yesterday.

Looks like someone put a market order and they scooped it low and sold it right on the offer for a quick flip.

Strange times here.

Kind of in a flux, seems like no group has taken this under their wings like other custodian plays.

It's disappointing, but what can you do?

Perhaps they are lurking in the shadows, hoping to catch some overhang at low prices.

Perhaps this is just the summer time and things will pick up later on.

I agree. It's just a waiting game at this point.

Unfortunately I disagree with claims that a merger has already happened. I believe the NVSOS merge-in filing was just re-domiciling into the state from WY. There has been no change from Dempsey Mork as officer and from what I understand the shell is still listed as for sale.

It's a tough call, buy-in early and wait but with those funds tied up, or wait for news and try to get in quick before the price runs away.

I try to do a little bit of both.

Hopefully all is well and we see some interest.

Where is the 145M O/S #?

$510k market cap is based on old information. OTCMarket shows 22M from 2013 but the current OS is actually 145M.

This is comedy gold, people selling with a $510k market cap.

No one wants to hold this, that's fine. Come down to my bids in the teens. I'll gladly soak up shares like I did on GNCC when it pulled back 70%. Then, when we're up 5x, 10x, 30x from here we can hear everyone say "wow, wish I held".

What we are seeing here is people who bought on the big spike to .068 and are now selling for a loss because 1) they don't have the funds for multiple trades or 2) they lack the patience and understanding of how these shell/custodian plays work.

I bought GNCC the day it popped to .05. I grabbed .03 and .04. It then dropped all the way back to .01 and .02. Instead of panicking or selling for a loss of 50%, I looked at the DD, looked at the other custodian/shell plays at the time and said, I'm holding this and bought 2-3x my position under .025. Now, I'm up over 10x and I don't believe it's done yet.

So, based on what I know here, and based on this market cap of a tiny $575k, I'll be holding, and buying everything I can at the lows.
