Item 5.02     Departure of Director

Effective November 6, 2019, Mr. Eric Eilertsen resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of Victory Oilfield Tech, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Eilertsen has served as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors since November 2017.
