As I understand it, Dr. K retired but Dr. Schewe took the company over. What became of him and his beauty products company?
Why didn't the company declare BK and close out the position?
Is the company doing anything or is it totally dead?
What became of the GKG patent and activity? What became of the subsidiaries, that seemed so promising?

Mr Vandersande left the company because he was no longer paid. dr Shewe CEO does not reply to my emails. Unfortunately, it is only a matter of time before the corresponding SEC report is published.

A lot of these people are pure gamblers and have little or no knowledge of business. Rod was one of them. Pure pump and got catch on the wrong end of the P$D.

Pretty simple, VSPC never had a chance.

Rowdy Roddy still holds his shares. When his wife divorced him because he spent all of their money on VSPC shares, he had to give her half of them.

His kids wont even speak to him anymore because he spent their money on VSPC shares as well.

Sad that little richard ruined his & his families lives on some worthless scam stock.

I was never IN! I knew as soon as I saw Aaron and Tania were involved it was a complete scam. I am in the buss dude, I knew you were not and you knew NOTHING. I was right YOU on the other hand were NOT.

Tania and Aaron have gone on to bankrupting another few companies. And there is little doubt one or both will end up back in jail. Aaron was as you know was convicted of the first case of RICO regarding environmental fraud.

Funny Roady, So I am old and have been around for a long time. I know a few things to be true. Anyone that brags about "selling and getting out at the right time" is full of bovine manure. Particularly when it comes from someone who pumped the stock for so long and was so wrong on everything they said about the company.

But if it makes you feel good, that is fine as well. We all know what really happened.

People really do not like Pumpers. VSPC has a long history of being pumped. VSPC has a long history of lying to shareholders, people do not like that. VSPC has never made a dime, only took money from investors and shareholders.
