because it's an inactive shell company it might be taken over by another company

WHy would anyone by shares in a company that has no future upside? It makes no sense.

It seems like once a year VOYT has a spike then nothing. Would be nice to see something actually happen after one of those spikes.

You've got to love a stock that goes up 3000% in a week on record volume only to settle back down to earth. And now...crickets.

I've been holding several hundred K shares of this thing for years. Recent activity certainly is interesting. Just checking in here to see what is up.

Last week was interesting. Let's see if the buying continues this week.

VOYT going ballistic!!! get ready for the move!!!

It would be great to have some info on what they are doing with the VOYT shell.

It looked like we were starting to see some big volume last month but it got quiet other than some minor trades.

This shell comes with a lot of baggage but also a lot of old shareholders, should be worth something.

Every time it looks like some life in this shell it dies off.

+60% move on less than $10,000 buy. Welcome to the world of sub, sub penny stocks. Still, it's nice to see the price move in the right direction. Let's see if we can break above the recent .001 high.

More nibbling today, almost up to a tenth of a cent. LOL

Still hoping whoever buys this shell doesn't reverse it a million to one. Something like 10-1 leaves a large base of shareholders with some interest, candidates for future private placements if the new business deserves it.

That's what I think. Someone is looking to build a low cost, long term position.

Hard to understand why someone would buy $36 worth of VOYT. Just fishing for shares at the bid?

Big volume today already 7.4 million shares trading hands. Wonder what is going on behind the scenes?

Another interesting sign of accumulation today. I still think someone is slowly but surely establishing a position getting ready to make a move. Otherwise, why start buying up a debt ridden shell that hasnt moved in several years? Dirt cheap right now, whoever it is can buy many millions of shares for peanuts.

I wasnt attacking voyt I was pondering what was going on with the recent volume and buying in general. Its a shell in need of a home just wondering if it found one yet. No ax to grind here. LOL

A lot of recent accumulation it sure looks like someone is taking a large public position maybe getting ready to make a bid on the shell. Will the Brown family and all the other major debtors finally let it go and take their losses? Not sure why else this many shares would be moving at ask prices.

Someone is slowly taking a decent position in this shell wonder if the main debt holders finally decided to take what they could get and bail. If they are successful maybe we see a new company name, a reverse, and another chance for those that averaged down.
