Green Processing Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets: TMGR.PK) announced today that the Company has acquired all of the intellectual property rights, trademarks, and inventory of Canadian-based Biogrow, Inc.

To date, Biogrow™ is the only successful soil treatment for vegetation establishment on the highly vegetation-toxic Lynn Lake tailings. Biogrow™ serves to moderate the pH, supply nutrients and organic matter, reduce crusting, and lower soil density on contaminated mining sites. Organic matter serves a multitude of functions in soil fertility and may be the most significant single mechanism whereby fertility constraints are removed in both commercial and residential applications.

An important characteristic of Biogrow™ is production by co-composting with a Zeolite component. This is important because Zeolite enhances ion exchange capacity of the product, which may help to mitigate metal toxicity to vegetation. The market opportunities for Green Processing Technologies, Inc. Biogrow™ product lines span from retail home fertilizer applications to commercial mining remediation projects.
