Other Events.

Effective December 31, 2024, Trevena, Inc. (“Trevena” or the “Company”) discontinued sale of the remaining dosage strengths (1 mg/mL and 2 mg/2 mL) of OLINVYK (oliceridine) injection. This decision was made for business and financial reasons and was not due to any issues with the efficacy or safety of the product. In addition, it was a decision made by Trevena and was not prompted by a request from FDA.
