SULZF Sulzer AG Winterthur (PK)

Kuoni Reisen Holding AG (KUNN.EB) Monday named Sulzer AG (SUN.EB) financial chief Peter Meier as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective from December.

At Kuoni, Meier will replace CFO Max Katz, who retires at the of the year.

"In Peter Meier we have secured the services of a highly experienced financial specialist at a Swiss-based corporation that is also active in the international business arena," said Kuoni Chief Executive Peter Rothwell said in a statement.

Earlier Monday, Sulzer said Meier would be leaving that firm at the end of October, and that a successor will be presented in due time.
