First Sharp filed a Reg A+ in 2020 and in 2022 the SEC declared it abandoned.

The S-1 for FORW was filed so that the company could be a SEC reporting company. Sharp filed it over a year ago and it is obvious that the SEC was never going to deem it effective so Sharp withdrew it.

No real private company is going to use a hijacked shell that doesn't have a 211 filed with FINRA - so it would always be a a Unsolicited Quotes Only stock.

So your pumping nonsense about a Merger is never going to happen.

Sharp has been the CEO of FORW for over 6 years - and he has brought in 2 scams as assets (Ligand and Maverick).

When Sharp withdrew the S-1 it was time to turn out the lights - the party is over.

What clean Slate - the HUMBL warrants were worthless and Sharp filed a fake lawsuit against HUMBL and it was settled in one or two weeks - and of course the settlement included a 3(a)10 exemption clause - this means that the shares in the settlement were immediately free trading and didn't have a Restrictive Legend on the stock.

When is Sharp going to file a new Form 10 for WNFT?

And what is the delay in finding a merger partner for SRNW?

It’s good to finally see some movement, even if it’s just to “clean house.” As you know, FORW has made several investments, all of which need to be addressed or removed in some form. Withdrawing the S-1 could be a simple and efficient way to start that process. My guess is that there’s a merger candidate in the wings who wants a clean slate. At least for now, based on his comments to the SEC, it seems like he’s prioritizing existing shareholders’ interests.

By withdrawing the S-1, he now has the flexibility to reorganize operations, form strategic partnerships, or even make changes in leadership or business focus before revisiting the idea of an IPO. I also wouldn’t be surprised if the remaining SRNW warrants are canceled as part of a new plan.

I’m seeing similar reorganization efforts with GVSI, though the situation there is far more complicated. The share structure is messy, and cleaning it up will be a challenge—the OS is massive, and the history is tangled. On the flip side, WNFT and SRNW seem to be on much firmer ground.

No need to worry—GS isn’t about to abandon his tickers. There’s no reason for him to do so, especially with such a favorable crypto environment unfolding. Now that Trump is in office, I’d expect more positive updates in the coming weeks.

GVSI is a Sharp hijacked shell that has the most baggage - Sharp can't get FINRA to process a simple name and symbol change for GVSI.

Quiet periods are unfortunately necessary when you are trying to get through processes with the SEC, FINRA, OTC Markets (thanks to the powers bestowed upon them by the SEC) or other backlogged regulatory bodies. Nobody likes it any better than you do $HMBL $FORW $SRNW $GOFF $GVSI

Only the exchange traded stocks are effected by the Presidential election and no one but OTC investors who can't afford to play the Big Boards - believe that any SEC ruling about Crypto will have any effect on OTC stocks.

Trump doesn't care about the OTC because those involved don't have any political juice.

The OTC is where companies go that have been delisted from Nasdaq - on the OTC you don't have access to Capital except for Toxic Funding - that is why Nasdaq companies fight so hard to keep from being delisted.

Next to the OTC is the Nasdaq Capital Market - which has turned into another cesspool for serial scammers - see Mullen Automotive - from May 2023 until today they have a combined reverse split of 1:2,250,000 and they have another reverse split of 1:100 - it destroyed share holders.

As far as tech CEOs attempting to curry favor with Trump - Elon Musk is going to control the Trump administration.

I agree that the SRNW warrants have expired quietly. They were mis-priced anyway, so it's not a big surprise nor a concern. They will have to be reissued one way or another to accommodate a new merger. Letting them expire was the easiest move, in my humble opinion.

WNFT's win is great news for GS. The vindication has given him a lift among his die-hard followers. I'm not so certain that an acquisition is imminent considering NFT's have yet to catch on. However, who knows? Crypto is on the comeback and Trump has big plans ahead. The coattails that will form will very likely sweep up NFT's for another round of financing, for sure.

It's not like GS to leave the website down unless he has a good reason. My guess is that he has a deal in the pipeline for the very near future, and hence, has no reason to bother with frivolities. The Israeli partners I suggested earlier are probably in the driver seat. GS is just a passenger, waiting for updates, while keeping busy with his horse racing. Thinking like an Israeli, I'm pretty sure they are waiting like everyone else for Jan 20. On day 1 Trump plans to reveal a number of significant changes. Although rumor has it that crypto will move mainstream in the financial world, everyone is waiting to see the devils in the details.

I suggest a "wait and see" strategy. What is almost certain, ...when GS announces anything for either ticker, they will all surge. The anticipation over the years plus the resurgence of crypto are MAGA forces not to be ignored.

Wanted to touch base and see if you had any thoughts on the tickers. Some recent happenings:

1. Looks like 2m SRNW warrants might have expired on Dec 31, 2024 without any news. There weren't any updates, so I'm unsure if the warrants were exercised or expired or extended.

2. The WNFT court case remittiur was filed, meaning the appeal was officially dismissed. A WNFT said there would be an acquisition shortly after this point

3. FORW website continues to be down, along with one of its subsidiaries and SRNW

They making part of Belmont park a designer outlet. major overhaul. 

But overall owning horses is a losing proposition. FWIW, I spent many days there years ago.. I also attended others and still travel to several East Coast tracks including Saratoga which is beautiful.
