I think that was the signal to start buying. All of my sleepers started in this strange way of an huge out of sequence trade then a couple weeks later they tore down the .0001's and .0002's.

Its been a long time PRHB, time to wake up and join the MMJ trade. Many of companies out there to R/M with and get some business going.

I learned that you are right. The company says they are a privately owned company and their stock symbol is not PRHB. So what gives here? Even Nasdaq says they are PRHB.

Sorry for the delay. Sometimes I have to stop trading and make a real living.

It is quite a mystery with PRHB. I called the company and a Rob Marseglia returned my telephone call. I was out of town so it took a few days for me to call him back.

He says his company Pure H20 Bio-Technologies, inc. is a privately owned company and has no stock nor a stock symbol. I asked him about PRHB - I checked with Nasdaq which says they do have stock outstanding that is their symbol and company name. While Precision IR gives you an annual report for most companies on Nasdaq for this one they say call the company and get a financial report for them because they don't send out annual reports for PRHB.

Is this a carousel I am on? Never come across anything like this before.

Ask them all the questions I sent you. My guess is that they are not the same company as PRHB....

The web site was in the article on PRHB in Bettina Network's Blog, I just didn't read looking for the web site.

Their address is in Newark, NJ; they have a sales department and place where you can click to get more information.

It is too early in the morning to call them, but I will try to do so on Monday. Anyone else have good information about this company?

As I did some research after your first reply it did strike me as odd that the name change came when the court awarded the old name the 1 million dollars. Do you know anything about that? Nothing I can do with the information. This is solely my curiosity.

I don't normally like to do this kind of in-depth research. Prefer the fun route. But when someone draws me in and I get curious, I generally have to follow it through to the answers:) Or to as many answers as I can get until something else distracts me to look in another direction.

Currently, it is in the direction of NBG and BPIRF. Lucked out on JASO - bought it right, just didn't sell it right. Took a loss when actually I could have made a 4 point profit.

My information could be off because I can't follow any of it via the internet - where all information is stored. I tried through nasdaq.com and a few other sites - no filings, etc. I sit by my breakfast table and get information from other Bettina Homes breakfasts so we put together bits and pieces of conversation - nothing to hang your hat on.

PRHB was a fun possibility for us and I think as an aftermath only one million shares were sold - so there you have it.

However, why would anyone want to use the company as an empty shell! wouldn't it be better for a company to start its own identity instead of taking up someone else's? That is a question I have always wondered about because I've seen folks do that as I followed investors hub.

Well, my friend, if what you say is true, and I have no reason to think you are not telling the truth, then you have more information than any of us out there.

1) Did you personally meet the salesperson?
2) Where did you meet them?
3) Who arranged for them to perform the presentation? Whoever did it would have contact information. I would think that a call to them would get you a contact number. Sales people always leave business cards, etc.
4) That there is no website could be due to a company re-launch. Let's say that is true, while odd that they would be doing a road show without an active website, perhaps they are operating under a different name and will eventually do a stock symbol change like they did back in 2006?

You seem to have a door to information that no one else can readily get...go for it.

There are press releases coming out - as late as a couple days ago - people from the company are making presentations about their proprietary water purification system, but I can't find a web site or anything else. Who is sending out these press releases and why are they making presentations at these science conferences. They have about a 20% short sale. Lawyers are suing them claiming their cancer claims are not real. They have things in with the Science Foundations. It doesn't fit for a company to be non-existent.


Since they sued and won money in 2006 when they were PHBT of some one million dollars, it looks as though the folks who had to pay are trying to retaliate by suing them. I could be wrong, but that's how I read all of this.

Water is the big deal today. If they have the science, they should be worth money.

If you are having a hard time to find anyone to talk to...that typically means that you should just get ready to write it off as a loss.

This stock has been dormant for about 3 years. I keep it on my radar just in case someone else takes over the shell. It could happen since this company never got really bad publicity from FINRA, SEC, etc.

For that matter, you could just hold your shares and sleep on it for 5 years and see what happens...

That is why this is a POS - it is an empty shell right now.

That I am having a hard time finding who to talk to. Any information you can share to help me find them?

I am not indignant. Just didn't like the shorthand way of referring to a stock as a POS. Your response is much better.

PRHB - the stock referred to - is publicly traded. I will follow your advice because I am intrigued. We don't research stocks, just report on breakfast conversations, but here we will make an exception.

Well, interesting response. The truth is what it is.

First of all, I am not 100% sure that the website that Bettina references is the same company as PRHB as the names are not 100% match.

But let's just say that they are the same, the next question is to analyze the company's PR performance and stock performance. Both are incredibly bad. Any company with any sales would PR them to move the stock as the company has stock to fund operations, no? They have not done any of those things. To my knowledge this stock has been dormant for a LONG time.

Before you get upset with my POS comment, answer these questions:
1) Is the website referenced in Betina's blog the same as PRHB? There is no mention on their website that the company is publicly traded, etc.
2) If yes, is the company actually operating? Talk to someone.
3) Find out from them why they have not PR'd anything to promote the company and gain access to more revenues.

When you find all that out, which really is not that hard, and then are able to prove that PRHB is a viable company, then you can throw your indignation in my face.

We found out about PRHB through breakfast at one of the "Bettina Homes". What are Bettina Homes? Private Homes which welcome guests traveling who don't want to stay in a hotel or other more commercial accommodation and where guests have a great time at breakfast very serendipitously exchanging information, ideas, research, books, etc.

From the notes we made from that particular breakfast, one of the guests had invested in PRHB before and offered it up because they thought there might be a future in the company and because with only 20 million shares outstanding and at $100 per one million shares, their proposal was that we should all buy one million shares and we would own the company. It was a fun breakfast with stories wound around what could be done once we took over the company, but apparently only one person took up the suggestion.

I looked into the company and it looks just great to me with potential for the future. IBM, for example, talks lots to employees about water. Drinkable water is becoming rare and countries are now having to do unnatural things to get potable water with researchers moving ahead full steam trying to discover ways to produce such.

Lots of people characterize companies at POS. That is so crude. I am sure you can do better than that. If you have reasons to dislike the company or think it is not a good investment or trade say that and stop the quirky insults.

A POS. if it was real it would be trading. Hasn't traded in a long time. Bettina's blog made it clear that they only invested 100 dollars on minimal research. Question is, how did they find out about prhb?

Wish I knew! Bettina's is about to write a follow up blog on their first blog - maybe it will say something relevant. What do you think of PRHB?

I don't understand:
1) Company seems in operation as the phone does lead to people, if you want to talk to them.
2) Seems address is in New Jersey, not Florida.
3) They claim domestic and international clients.

So - why is this at No BID??

It looks as though there is only 20M shares outstanding. Is that correct? If so - where are 20 of you to buy up these outstanding shares?

Time to revive this great company. Water is not doing well - metals are being pointed to as responsible for everything from Alzheimers on. 1,000,000 shares cost $100 - time to take a flyer and watch this one go to at least .15
