Management knows that they have a groundbreaking cancer treatment and they are doing all the right things to bring to to market. Painful reverse split cost me millions of shares but I know that with very few shares out now, the price will explode from $10 to very lofty numbers. I've followed these criminal reverse splits for 3+years and 99.99% of them never recover. They tank right back down the the pps they were at when split. Shareholders lose every dime they had. I've heard that "We did the huge reverse split to move up to NASDAQ" BS so damn many times it's laughable. If these clowns had some cancer cure then they don't need to worry about pulling a 1 for 60,000 RS. The revised share structure still isn't on OTC Markets. But when it is just watch how fast the DUMPING starts.

When they take 60,000 shares away from you then give you one back it's is CRIME. It's done with NO guarantee's for shareholders after stealing shares. Just like this stock,it RS to $25.00 and it's TANKED to $10.00. That's a 60% loss in just 5 trading days.

I would love you to explain to me why, right now, they HAD to do such a massive RS except so they could restart dumping shares from the 10b AS. Because last year I thought that split was gonna mean they were close to dropping news.

I lost several million shares in RS but I understand why they needed to do this. I really believe their PRP drug will be huge and the price will rocket.

If you don’t release news on the day you do a huge RS then.. it may be a ways off. Didn’t we think the last RS was when news was coming? I think, the only money to hope to make is some of my capital back but who knows🤷🏽‍♂️

There were 32,211 shares being shorted as of yesterday. A drip in the total volume yesterday IF that position was even still open.

Just another scam stock pretending to have something and not having anything but theories...it must be nice to live off of OPM.

you are correct about everything with PPCB...... there is a good chance that this does go to First in Human trials though and if it does get listed on a major exchange there will be much more money coming into PPCB.

Its a gamble with PPCB for sure and ive lost plenty of money trying to catch one of the runs. It is worth it once in a while with PPCB and I will try it again after my stock hits (K*GS).

A 1:60,000 reverse split on 854m Float is just insanity.

To add to that, this will be the 5th reverse split in the last 8 years.

It's all typical of these penny stocks, especially if they are SEC Registrant to reverse split and cancel out old shareholders.

Unless mentioned in the terms of the reverse split the AS will not be reduced--it's 10 billion shares right now. I don't think I've seen one or two out of hundreds or RS's where the AS is reduced at the same time.

So....they'll have a AS of 10B shares and a OS of only 14,508 shares. That's lot's of room for DUMPING without touching the AS.

A lil activity from the company may be helpful here. Just dropping this without any directive is wild work. Madness.
