Has anyone been in successful contact with the company? We know Winters has passed away but Farnsworth is still alive. The TA change is interesting but I can't get them to respond to me. Someone is buying this up though..

You are right about Farnsworth. It looks like Geoffrey Winters actually died, and that is who is listed on the Nevada SoS as president and all the other officer positions for PPBV. So Binkers must have gotten the two confused since Farnsworth used to be the CEO of PPBV. Info here -

Binkers, Farnsworth is still alive and driving companies into the ground like he did to $PPBV. $HMNY / Moviepass is his latest victim. Why would you say he's dead? He's all over CNBC. Just wanted to let people know. Not sure what this company will turn into. Noticed there has been some uncharacteristic taking on this shell. The only hope for this POS is that it turns into a cannabis beverage or crypto company.

GPAC was a Nasdaq blank check ticker. Purple mattress did merge into that shell and then changed ticker to PRPL

Yesterday some idiot put up 13 million on .0003 trying to scare some holders into selling at .0002, instead someone cleared his ask wall and bought him out! Now he is bidding at .0003 trying to get back his position. That is what you get for trying to manipulate!

Did not know that. May he rest in peace. I do know this is the most interseting .000 chart I have ever found. A decade of consolidation. No news, no filings since 2009 15-12g, no pumps. Just silence and occasional buying causing brief spikes. This is the type of shell that if merged with the right private co. the resulting run(s) prove to be epic. Five, ten, 25 cents. Heck could go to dollars with share supply so low and no dilution. I hope someone makes use of this gem of a shell.

Farnsworth died this year. So who knows what happens now.

I will get to buy 3's again. Hooray!

Theodore Farnsworth is most likely still the controlling shareholder here. PPBV filed a 15-12G in 2009. 15-12G filers are the MOST OFTEN used shells for a reverse merger. This has one of the best share structures for a .000 and also one of the best charts in terms of consolidation over a long time period. Something is going on here, volume and PPS movement agree.
