Polaris International Holdings (PINKSHEETS: PIHN) and Polaris Technology, Inc. announced today that the two companies are on the final leg to complete the acquisition of Polaris Technology, Inc.

According to CEO of Polaris International Holdings, Inc., Kuni Misawa, "The final document regarding the acquisition of Polaris Technology, Inc. has been authorized by Polaris International Holdings, Inc. and Polaris Technology, Inc. The document is expected to be signed within the next two weeks."

Polaris Technology, a Tokyo-based IT Outsourcing Services and Technology company, was incorporated on February 21, 2006 by Naoto Higuchi, Vice President of Polaris International Holdings, Inc. and his partners and began revenue generation in January 2007. Polaris Technology is currently outsourcing most of its operational functions. With the completion of the acquisition by Polaris, Polaris Technology plans to increase in-house a full time staff. Polaris Technology's customer list is diverse and international in its composition.
