I understand Subject to Corp Action Flag Removed to mean a public company has completed/effected whatever corporate action they submitted to FINRA. It could be a CUSIP change, a change in domicile address/city/State/Province, any other corporate change.

Subject to Corp Action CA – Corporate Action without a distribution

Subject to Corp Action CD – Corporate Action with a distribution (eg., a split or dividend)

FINRA would have posted a F/S if there was one following the R/S. Sumthin else is afoot. I'll keep my peepers on the stock to see what's up.

That's odd, isn't it. OTC Markets shows a verified A/S of 30 million and O/S of 28 1/2 million as of Sept 1,2023, so the one for 2,000 reverse split is quite excessive. The stock does trade very small volumes so beginning tomorrow the volumes will likely dry up to near zero. The O/S tomorrow will be 14,250.

$4.97 was fun. I knew day traders would screw it up and on red panic selling would ensue. I like the chart for a big gap fill above if chartists can run it past $5.00 it had plummeted off $18.00. I am back in here liking it below $4.00 again now at $3.88.
