In fact, its Much-Much-STRONGER finance OTC Fully-Reporting peer (VTXB) had already created a New 52-week-low $0.0001 on January 17! Why were some people still buying the LVGI shares at the Highly Inflated ask price $0.0004 ~ $0.0005 or even $0.0006 most recently? I bet that Hundreds Of Millions of garbage shares are waiting for sale at $0.0004 ~ $0.0006 currently!

You're welcome! losing $1K is not too bad because you could easily gain it back by investing in a company with a Good CEO. A Bad CEO of a public company (such as, the stock SUTI and PBHG etc.) will destroy all the shareholder's investment principals and cash money. The only hope here is, the company could continue to file its coming financial reports to avoid Expert-Market!

Thankfully I only lose a $1000 sent a ton of messages directly to Joe and Devin on Facebook they read them vague responses. 
This company had HUGE potential but Joe wanted a quick buck and then off to screw the next batch of investors. 
The only hope is what happened before Joe got his mitts on this LVGI was a multi dollar stock then tanked and in comes Joe built and tanked it not much to salvage now if I sell after they ransacked everyone's shares in the split. 
Only hope is someone else picks it up 

The company will file the BANKRUPTCY very soon due to its Huge DEBTS --- nearly $6M) I wish the coming Bankruptcy Case shall be the CH11, instead of CH7 so that we shareholders at least could get something back!

Thanks for the post, but I exited my position at $0.0004, the same price as my entry, so I only had to cover the commission. A week with no action was long enough for me. I'm back to scalping on NASDAQ—CING was great last week. I need to get back into swing trading. A 3-day swing with my $5.68 entry could have led to some nice profits (hindsight is 20/20).

Frauds, remember how they asked shareholders to get friends and family to purchase this garbage? Sold Rokin for $800,000 in profit, wow only diluted over 700m shares to get there destroying shareholders along the way. Still have 2m in debt and no viable assets while the stock has plummeted over 99% from when Matt was still with the company. This thing is cooked thanks to the turnaround specialist!

I say we all sell this stupid stock and tank it obviously Joe has no interest in stockholders as I have messaged both him and Devon and Devon‘s response was message. Joe and Joe never even responded back to me because he’s apparently too busy doing his salsa classes and selling Rokin and pocketing the money.
All Joe is is a clown that deserves to be in a circus.
He is a con artist and swindling fool. This stock had plenty of opportunities to make substantial money, but he chose to squander it.

I’m all for you guys making money? lol say it like you control it. 🙄🙄 here’s the deal, volume and accumulation is a thing and presents itself in different indicators. This is nothing new. Typically when you see volume come into a company that’s a big tell where price action is going….. I don’t disagree, there is dilution, i’ve been conned before, but I am a Joe Schmoe I promise you that I’m not a pumper, and I am not trying to blow up a stock. It would be nice to have more attention to the company and definitely would be nice to have more news here but I don’t think that this is a con really think that time will tell. Maybe I’m wrong?
