Just when I last posted it. I thought he was rushing it because the OTC is slow this time of year and to go from STOP to current they have to review each filing in order they receive them... don't remember the ticker but was one back in Jan they tweeted filings uploaded and it took almost 2 weeks to show up.

Negative. This company is a subsidiary of DGIF. Clark is a company officer in both.

LTHO is merging with a company in the CBD space that does millions of dollars in revenues.

New business formed and filed at the CO SOS last Fri... possible sub for merger?

Nice clean tap at .51 today. Didn't move the ask but clearing at .51 means there ain't much out there at all below that. Probably just a few hundred shares here and there for feelers.

Plus CDEL and ETRF L2 ask blocks aren't showing the lower priced odd lots anymore. An alright indicator the L2 really isn't cluttered up with lower pps blocks smaller than what the minimum L2 bid shows.

Had a bid move up to .28 and held all day. Decent sign of strength. Those 2500 @ $700 today, could be worth $2500 in any given moment, $1 is literally right there.

But hearing we're close, that Feb. is our month and we should be clear for take off real soon.

All opinions welcome here. If you look at the recent scam mergers, they all seem to follow the same theme with the same bad actors. I concur 100% with the other poster, this deal has been in the works for a long time and is coming to fruition now.

The CEO is very open and I encourage you or anyone else reading this post to call him directly and get the answers to whatever questions you might have. His number is posted in the I-BOX. He is very forthright and forthcoming.

This is in the final stages and has been in the works for a while.

LTHO is registered in the CEO's name and address and is active at the CO SOS.

His name, address, and phone can be verified through the Form D filed with the SEC when he took over as CEO

Think I am blowing smoke? Just today. Another fake merger filing. Check out EVRM. This makes around 5 fake filings in less than 2 weeks.

I already own shares and have for a couple of weeks. The information I posted is a FACT as there have been several FRAUDULENT filings in the past couple of weeks with SOS of different states. I lost money as a result of some of them so I KNOW. I am not saying that a merger here will be a fraudulent filing. I am just saying because of the fraudulent filings recently, investors are skeptical. That is a fact. It has shown up in the fact that stock prices almost stopped reacting to such filings. ALL FACT.

I invested in this stock. All I am saying is the reaction to a merger filing will likely be stalled until people verify it is for real. That's all. GLTA

With all the fraudulent merger filings lately, any filings or news of a merger will be met with reluctant investors until the merger is confirmed as being legit.

Once updates hit ppl will listen. And if it's the company all DD is pointing to, possible multi dollars on the table. A few of us been in contact with CEO, things moving along now. Figure about half the float locked give or take a few shares.

This is not the typical junk stock that is usually on the boards. Look at the stock structure, the low float and news pending. The difference between the bid and ask is causing lack of interest. The company is got great plans but may get wasted on here since no-one seems to be listening.
Hope this moves quickly up so it can move to big boards.
