Keweenaw Land Association, Limited (Pink Sheets: KEWL) today reported timber sales of $2,644,039 for the third quarter ended September 30, 2012, compared to $3,070,164 from the same period in 2011. Income from other sources during the quarter totaled $61,830, compared to $302,732 in the third quarter of 2011. Net income from the quarter totaled $265,303, or $0.21 per share, versus $722,611, or $0.56 per share, in the third quarter of 2011. Keweenaw recognized year-to-date net income of $630,003, or $0.49 per share, versus $286,303 year-to-date in 2011, or $0.22 a share.
