JBARF Julius Baer Gruppe AG (PK)

Bank of America Corp. (BAC) is likely to sell its overseas wealth management unit to privately held Swiss concern Julius Baer Group AG (JBAXY) for between $1.5 billion and $2 billion, CNBC's Kate Kelly reported Monday, without citing sources.

The two companies are in advanced talks and a deal could come within as soon as a week.
