iSIGN Media Announces an Expiry Extension for Warrants

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - May 26, 2014) - iSIGN Media Solutions Inc. ("iSIGN" or "Company") (TSX-VENTURE:ISD)(OTCQX:ISDSF), a leading provider of interactive mobile advertising solutions that serves advertisers, manufacturers, retailers and advertising agencies throughout North America, announced that it has applied to the TSX Venture Exchange for approval to extend the exercise date for the 1,217,550 outstanding warrants issued in November and December 2010 in conjunction with a private placement and later extended to May 26, 2014.

The 1,217,550 warrants due to expire on May 26, 2014 will be extended to August 25, 2014. There is no change to the original exercise price of $0.30. None of the warrants are held by company insiders.
