Water testing? The float is miniscule. If someone promotes IDTA, it could run to double digit dollars in very short order. And if their products work, then that may be fair value.

IDTA is one of the most confusing companies of all time. 111% increase in sales Q3 2024 vs Q3 2023, but they just say "100%". Sure, 100% sounds great, but 111% is BETTER, so say it. Gross profit up 106%. Operating profit up ~350%. Net profit up ~445%. Cash and cash equivalents up 80%. This is all in the press release, but it's an opportunity to talk things up and they specifically say the increase in sales is 100% and it's actually higher.
Has anybody heard anything about the company that is supposed to cure cancer? The one IDTA had the meeting about on July 4? So strange that it was never mentioned again.

Interest picking up and MMs being force to actually M a M for IDTA or is it just end of year selling?
Either their products don't work or management is incompetent. How do you have what they claim are so many one of a kind and invaluable products, but can't seem to ever increase sales from the level they have been at for years (despite a dropoff, likely because of the war)?
Of course, IDTA seemed to operate in scam territory for so long, some may still see the symbol and roll their eyes. Myself included, especially after that completely bizarre conference call on July 4 about some cancer-curing company that they are becoming or acquiring or dividending to shareholders and then NOTHING is ever said about it again or PRed.
IDTA is odd.

Massive volume for this turd if OTC quote is accurate. Something going on? Future meme? Manipulation? Buyout?

Their sales are just back to where they were 2 or 3 years ago.
If their products actually work, they need to go private and actually pay for an actual head of sales. Their revenue growth for the last 20 years is a joke.
Financials show .2 book value. No reason to stay public with the share count and revenue. There is no market for these shares. Although, I don't understand how IDTA hasn't been memed to at least a couple of dollars.

They had the call on the 4th of July that said something about shareholders getting "free" shares in some company that is going to cure cancer and I couldn't tell if that company was going to start trading as IDTA and take over the ticker or if it was even going to be a publicly traded company. Have any of the IDTA shareholders received any information from the company? They are required to make material events public. That sure seemed material and that free Zoom call on a market holiday does not qualify as making the event public. The company has said nothing since. Just curious if shareholders have received some sort of communication.

How does a company make a major announcement on a market holiday and not have to PR that information? It is material and should be filed.

Did any shareholders get the information they promised on the call? I'd love to see what's in it. That call was not structured, they were using free Zoom service and whoever the guy was that talked forever just rambled about how amazing he is. Also seemed like one of the IDTA founders had no idea whatever the deal is was even in the works.
Looks like they went back to the dark side after running "legitimately" for the past few years. I'm surprised it took so long. I'm guessing they are going to dilute the shit out of IDTA relatively soon. But don't worry bagholders! Oops, I mean SHAREHOLDERS. You'll have that 10% of whatever the hell the other company is.

Most shareholders likely live in Israel, but why not have it on the 3rd or 5th so any US investors would be more likely to tune in? Just seems like an odd choice since they supposedly opened an office in the US to increase sales.

There is a massive market for their products and there has been for years, but either their sales organization is completely inept or their products don't work. Could be both. I honestly don't know why they don't just take it private. This company has been in business for years.and has just really not done much. Margins are good.

I do not know about "meming" but I do agree that YOY the Q1 results looks good, but overall the performance as viewed by shareholders is rather sad and so is the current stock price. And I think it is a pity, because the sector is very interesting and in today's world, there is (unfortunately) a lot of demand for their products.

Meme the shit out of IDTA. Actually, the officers just need to take it private. Their sales relative to last year look great, but less than $1.5 million/yr run rate after what, 20 years in business, is not good.

This company continues to go backwards. Possible that the war has caused problems for them, but they made a big deal about the US office.

Sell the company. Performance is abysmal. Marketing must be completely worthless. Sounds like they make products that would be in VERY high demand right now. So either their products don't work or they don't have the sales expertise. People on Etsy are doing bigger numbers than this company.
Take it private or sell it.

Pack it in. No interest in the stock at all and just slightly more than zero interest in their products. IDTA has been at this for decades and cannot generate any worthwhile amount of sales. Either their products don't work or they simply aren't that useful to many.
I looked through a few events listed here: https://www.identa-corp.com/news/events/ and didn't see Identa as attending/sponsoring/presenting on any of them. I'm guessing they just put them on their website for SEO purposes, though the PR does state "participation in 12 different trade shows during the year".
Margins are excellent. Everything else is pointless.
Take it private. At this point it won't cost more than $1.25/sh.

Is IDTA going to get memed or did somebody just think it was undervalued? Decent pop out of the blue, volume and price. Maybe someone is giving IDTA shares for Christmas.

Stagnant revenue again. Their sales and marketing is apparently worthless.

My guess is somewhere around $2.5. I have been saying they should take it private for years. Maybe insiders buy it out or larger company pays $5/sh, but I think selling the company is in the best interest of shareholders. They are not increasing sales quickly enough.

I don't see any actual information regarding the "significant expansion in the US Market". They apparently opened an office, but year over year sales were down. Sales in the US evidently didn't offset lower sales elsewhere.
I still think they should just take it private. There is next to no market for the stock. Their sales numbers after this many years are atrocious.

Hire an actual salesperson, take it private or pay a dividend.
If their products work, their sales should be much higher. Should be closer to $1m/wk, not $1m/yr.
Over 40% owned by insiders. Why not take it private for cheap?
$.02/yr dividend = $81,000/yr and with the current stock price, that is a decent percentage return. That would stabilize the price at $1+.

Looks like they may need that $81,000 for production and payroll. Makes sense, but what is the actual backlog $ amount?

This board gets no traffic. Pretty sure that's why it wasn't mentioned. Couple the lack of substance in the press release and the inability to generate any meaningful revenue after almost 20 years, and you can see why the pps can't even stay at $1. Why do they bother keeping this company public?

Earnings on November 12 last year. That was a Thursday. Earnings on November 14 in 2019. Also a Thursday. Market is closed this year on Thursday. Identa probably won't be closed. Nothing stopping them from releasing on Thursday, it just would be a dumb move since nobody will see the PR unless they are actively looking for it.

No question about that. I just think it's going to take many more years to get the stink off from their early days. If they could generate some revenue, that "years" would turn to "days" very quickly. But they just can't consistently generate new revenue. I think the online direct sales will generate a few thousand dollars, but nothing significant. At least not for another year or two. Their marketing is consistently worthless.
With the supposed miniscule float and massive insider ownership, the stock should be more volatile than it is. There is just no interest in it. They should just take it private and maybe IPO in a couple years. I see no benefit in being public for them.
