Hawkeye Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to file, without unreasonable effort and expense, its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2023, within the prescribed time period because the Company is still compiling information for the Form 10-Q and its auditors have not completed their review of the financial statements for the quarter then ended. The Company expects to file its Form 10-Q on or prior to the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
