On August 21, 2014, Hinto Energy, Inc.'s ("The Company") made a press release announcing its acquisition of 8 additional oil wells in Musselshell County, Montana. The text of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Acquisition of Oil Wells

The Company has acquired a 100% percent working interest in 8 oil wells and 640 acres in Musselshell County, Montana.
