No official news but at $4500 market cap it's overvalued...

The promissory note of $2.66 million that matured 6/15/22 was the nail in the coffin.

As of Jan 1 this year they had $1300 in the bank, assets of $5.6 million (the ranch) and debt of $13.8 million (mortgage and debt tied to the ranch).

Still(?) sitting on biomass from 2020 and who knows what happened to the 200+ acres from 2021.

beverage company acquisition never came to fruition

hemp cigarette sales never came to fruition

processing and manufacturing CBD never came to fruition

$100 million bond listing never came to fruition

refinance of mortgage on the ranch hasn't come to fruition

producing proprietary hemp protein powder hasn't come to fruition

revenue from any of these far fetched ideas hasn't come to fruition
