ORLANDO, FL has opened discussions with an international consortium of companies in Czechoslovakia to manufacture and market an oxygen concentrator for the European market. Pete Ellis, Fishox Systems President, will be providing prepaid consulting services and manufacturing expertise to the company who will use the systems in both medical and industrial applications.

Mr. Ellis has also been contacted by a Chinese company to help co-develop a portable DC battery powered oxygen concentrator for the American market. Portable systems are the new buzz word for the industry and the Chinese company will be hiring Mr. Ellis first as a design consultant and then as a marketing consultant to the company for the US market.

These products will be critical to our success with the Baby Boomer market that we have identified and are "gathering" products that will be both high quality and portable in the oxygen generation arena.
