Greenkraft shows increased quarterly revenues and net profit in the three months ended March 31, 2014

Greenkraft Inc. (OTC.QB: GKIT), a California based manufacturer of alternative fuel trucks and alternative fuel systems, announced that it had revenues of approximately $1.28 million and net income of $38,629 from alternative fuel truck sales and conversions in the three months ended March 31, 2014.

Greenkraft’s revenues of $1,282,461 in the three months ended March 31, 2014 resulted primarily from its continued sales of its alternative fuel trucks. This represents an increase of almost 400% from Greenkraft’s revenues of $258,046 in the fourth quarter of 2013. Greenkraft’s Santa Ana assembly plant is continuing to produce additional alternative fuel vehicles to satisfy existing orders. Greenkraft commenced sales of its alternative fuel trucks in the third quarter of 2013.

Trucks manufactured and sold in the three months ended March 31, 2014 included trucks running on Natural Gas for a California based delivery company located in Rancho Cucamonga and to an Arizona based product distributor. Greenkraft’s revenues for the three months ended March 31, 2014 also included $205,150 in conversion sales for Ford F650 vehicles for a California based University located in San Diego and Isuzu NPR conversion sales for a California based municipality.
