Company’s Stock Symbol Also Changes to GKIT
from SGBL2-for-1 Forward Stock Split Effective
Greenkraft Inc. (OTCQB: GKIT) a California based
manufacturer of alternative fuel trucks and products announced the
change of its corporate name to “Greenkraft, Inc.” from “Sunrise
Global Inc.” which was effective December 27, 2013. The name change
reflects the Company’s December 2013 acquisition of Greenkraft
resulting in the Company now conducting Greenkraft’s business.
Concurrent with the name change, the Company effectuated a
2-for-1 forward split, also effective December 27, 2013 (record
date December 26, 2013). “This forward split is expected to
increase market liquidity and broaden the Company’s investor base,”
said George Gemayel, the Company’s President.
Following effectiveness of these corporate actions, the
Company’s new ticker symbol is “GKIT” (formerly “SGBL”) and the
total number of shares outstanding is 85,115,660. A new CUSIP
number of 39530U100 was assigned to the Company’s common stock in
connection with these actions.
Shareholders are not required to do anything at this time. For
shareholders holding their shares with brokers, the Depository
Trust Company (DTC) has been notified of the split and will adjust
each shareholder’s position automatically. For shareholders holding
their shares in certificate form, the split is payable when their
certificates are returned to our transfer agent, Island Stock
Transfer (http://www.islandtransfer.com).
