I put a lot of faith in Navy, my predictions are pure speculation but when your glued to this stock as much as I am it’s almost predictable.

I’m 70/30 FNMA to FMCC and I have been day trading with 50k with FMCC only with these swings, I’m up a little over 9K doing this.

I bought some URA too last Friday at $28.01, Govt insiders on this. Also, own SPYI for high dividend. Picked up $505 last month on 40K.

I’m kicking myself for not buying INTC, smart guy on X recommend this in the 19 range. It’s up $7 in last 3-4 weeks.

I believe the administration will want and need the 200B going toward “balancing the budget” . SWF is simply a piggy bank to keep the money there without any questions. Other agencies besides Treasury can always tap in with an executive order. The admin is not ready for sure to let go of the money as yet

Soverign Wealth Fund might be a good idea now, but when a bunch of folks from the opposite party get in as the majority, they will try to liquidate and use as their own piggy bank, at minimum they will try to steal what they can. Social Security is a prime example. It was supposed to provide for one thing/purpose. It currently provides for nummerous things that it was not intended to and has been tapped by various administrations as a bail out vehicle.

SWF is a bad idea in this country due to the overwhelming bad moral hazzard, decay of this countries politicians morals and honor. Examples: Lamberth, SCOTUS, Federal and other justices using their position to run government and not determine the law, many politicians to numerous to list. The fact that we allow lobbiests to control our elected officials. Then there's numerous other reason like manipultaion of stock values due to governments positions. It's an all around bad idea.

FMCC may have an excellent financial, but FnF would not be released until the top commander gives an executive order, and that will come toward the end of the fourth year. FnF is the golden eggs, of which the revenues are much needed to balance the budget during the next four years. Patience is key !

We will cross that bridge too. All we need is one drop of hint from Bessemt or Trump or DOGE or Pulte ..

Our real test on both GSE's will be getting to $8. The folks who are limiting the price rise on this should be attacking this rise very soon. They will drop it back to $6 and change or $6. It's getting harder for the price to be manipulated by whoever is doing it, with more new investors and money getting poured in, the share float is starting to evaporate, which is exactly what we want. Once most shares are in hands who are diamond hands, the shorters and manipulation will fall off. JMHO

Full-Year 2024 Financial Results

Freddie Mac reported net income of $11.9 billion for full-year 2024, an increase of 13% year-over-year, primarily driven by higher net revenues, partially offset by a credit reserve build in Single-Family in the current period compared to a credit reserve release in Single-Family in the prior period.

The FMCC fins look pretty good. Better an increase in earnings than a decrease. FMCC

I did not happen in the past, but I think it may help this time. The question is how big of an effect this time?

What does this have to do with FMCC release?

Does anyone think the reports will dramatically effect the open tomorrow one way or another? It looks like past earnings hasn't had any effect on the stock price.
