From your informative contribution i have gleaned the following: "soon" means 14months away, or greater, but never less than those 14months. Now i can read a Quantum web page and know exactly what they mean, what a relief!!

Mr. PC: The "Magnetic Propulsion - Soon To Be Released" page on qree.energy was first archived by the Wayback Machine on September 22, 2023 - which was hardly a moment ago, if you consider that the planet Earth is four and a half billion years old. I also have something that's Soon To Be Released: my full Complaint to the SEC against Dennis Danzik, Inductance Energy, Quantum Energy and FlooidCX. November 18, 2024 will be the two-year anniversary of the pleasant moment when Elizabeth Holmes was sentenced to 11 years in prison for her outrageous Theranos fraud. I plan to release my full Complaint against Danzik, Inductance, Quantum and FlooidCX on that date, along with some other work. My hope is that investors who have lost money due to the fraudulent conduct of Danzik and the three companies will make use of it to file Complaints of their own.

A quick question: how long has "magnetic propulsion, soon to be released" been soon to be released? In trying to improve my linguistics i need to get a better handle on the word "soon". Does "soon" mean in 10years, 100years or does it actually mean never? Bottom line, i'm bored, where have all the contentious posters gone?

It is now nearly six years since this nonsense started with promised installations in numerous areas. None of this came to pass as MAGNETS ARE NOT A SOURCE OF ENERGY. Now it is resurrected as the "photon engine", an equally preposterous idea. Some of the original claims have been watered down but still hinted at. All one needs to know are two basic facts, (1) magnets can be a source of force but never energy, and (2) the energy that can be harvested from indoor lighting is miniscule and never worth the cost of capturing it. These two facts, which any engineer/physicist can affirm, render all Danzik "tech" as useless.

I allege that Dennis M. Danzik, Inductance Energy Corporation, Quantum Energy Inc, and FlooidCX Corporation have violated the Exchange Act and the Securities Act in that they have made use of deceptive and fraudulent contrivances, devices, schemes, and artifices, have made untrue statements, have omitted to reveal crucial material facts, and have engaged in practices which operated as a fraud, in connection with the sale of securities. The violations occurred in the course of their fraudulent efforts to deceive investors by blatantly misrepresenting the capabilities of a device which they have called the “Earth Engine,” or “Photon Engine.” While employing deceptive contrivances to cause investors to believe their false claims that the so-called “Photon Engine” is powered by “magnetic propulsion,” and could therefore make the electric grid unnecessary, they withheld from investors the crucial material fact that the so-called “Photon Engine” is actually powered entirely by electricity and not at all by magnets.

CLAIMS FOR RELIEF

1. Violations of Section 10(b) of the Exchange Act and Rule 10b-5 Thereunder by Dennis Danzik, Inductance Energy, Quantum Energy, And FlooidCX

Section 10(b) of the Exchange Act [15 U.S.C. § 78j(b)] states:
“It shall be unlawful for any person, directly or indirectly, by the use of any means or instrumentality of interstate commerce or of the mails, or of any facility of any national securities exchange,
To use or employ, in connection with the purchase or sale of any security registered on a national securities exchange or any security not so registered, or any securities-based swap agreement, any manipulative or deceptive device or contrivance in contravention of such rules and regulations as the Commission may prescribe as necessary or appropriate in the public interest or for the protection of investors.”

Rule 10b-5 thereunder [17 C.F.R. §§ 240.10b-5] states:
“It shall be unlawful for any person, directly or indirectly, by the use of any means or instrumentality of interstate commerce, or of the mails or of any facility of any national securities exchange,
(a) To employ any device, scheme, or artifice to defraud,
(b) To make any untrue statement of a material fact or to omit to state a material fact necessary in order to make the statements made, in the light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading, or
(c) To engage in any act, practice, or course of business which operates or would operate as a fraud or deceit upon any person, in connection with the purchase or sale of any security.”

I now re-allege and incorporate by reference the paragraphs within the section entitled “FACTUAL ALLEGATIONS.”

By engaging in the conduct described above, Danzik, Inductance Energy, Quantum Energy and FlooidCX, directly or indirectly, in connection with the purchase or sale of securities, by the use of means or instrumentalities of interstate commerce, or of the mails, or of a facility of a national securities exchange, with scienter:
(a) Employed devices, schemes, and artifices to defraud;
(b) Made untrue statements of material facts or omitted to state material facts necessary in order to make the statements made, in the light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading; and
(c) Engaged in acts, practices, or courses of business which operated or would operate as a fraud or deceit upon other persons, including purchasers and sellers of securities.

By reason of the foregoing, Danzik, Inductance Energy, Quantum Energy, and FlooidCX violated, and unless restrained and enjoined will continue to violate, Section 10(b) of the Exchange Act [15 U.S.C. § 78j(b)] and Rule 10b-5 thereunder [17 C.F.R. §§ 240.10b-5].

2. Violations of Sections 17(a)(1), (2), and (3) of the Securities Act By Dennis Danzik, Inductance Energy, Quantum Energy, And FlooidCX

Section 17(a) of the Securities Act [15 U.S.C. §§ 77q(a)] states:
“It shall be unlawful for any person in the offer or sale of any securities (including security-based swaps) or any security-based swap agreement (as defined in section 78c (a) (78) of this title) by the use of any means or instruments of transportation or communication in interstate commerce or by use of the mails, directly or indirectly,
(1) to employ any device, scheme, or artifice to defraud, or
(2) to obtain money or property by means of any untrue statement of a material fact or any omission to state a material fact necessary in order to make the statements made, in light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading; or
(3) to engage in any transaction, practice, or course of business which operates or would operate as a fraud or deceit upon the purchaser.”

Mr. PC: I predict that if Scammer Danzik installs anything at all, it will only be a conventional outdoor solar panel system - there won't be any "Photon Engine" - so it won't be very thrilling. Making a long-term agreement with a pathological liar is probably not going to end well - I feel sorry for anyone who did so.

I looked back to find that on the 21/10, post#2437, Mr S said his installation was due in less than one month. That leaves less than 10 days-we are all waiting for the earth shattering news!

We're nearing the two-year anniversary of the day Elizabeth Holmes was sentenced to 11 years in prison for fraud. This video makes it seem as if one particular whistleblower brought her down - but actually her whole "breakthrough" scam was doomed, as soon as she started installing it...

Holmes and Danzik obviously share a very similar psychology.

Whether any installation occurs or not, one thing is certain: no advantage or gain will be displayed by any Danzik device.

Dear Mr. PC retired: Thank you for your interest in the amazing and fascinating New Science of Magnetic Propulsion. Your impatience to learn more about it is certainly quite understandable. It is still there, unless my browser is asleep. It is a long time since i did a small amount of French at school and i had to look up a translation of "faux". This indicates that at the specified location there is a fake demo of quantum technology- i, for one, have absolutely no problem with that description.

On the subject of leadership i don't think anyone wants to stick their head above the parapet with this disaster unfolding.

MagnetLover, on the subject of products they claimed elsewhere to have 400+ products. Where have they all gone?

In that case, I will write down a todo list for the webmaster, who may nor may not be Danzik, for free, of things that need urgent attention.

1-The products page can't be blank. It just can't be empty when you are supposed to have 4-5 distributors that don't have any website themselves. Webpage, pdf, whatever, but you need something.

2-Technologies/Magnetic propulsion. This either can't be void. This is why all the investors plugged in so much money. Because you promised a new way to generate energy from assymetric magnets.

3-Distributor locator. List the phone numbers of the distributors themselves. Aren't they supposed to be contacted directly by your customers? Also delete Quantum Faux Demo.

4-About/Leadership. It is empty, where is everyone?

5-Add a testimonial section with pictures of satisfied customers and their Direct Energy Systems installations.

This whole effort is so amateurish or as Danzik would say "armature-ish". Again many thanks to H_L and PHX-Muse for their excellent work.

The case was stipulated after a substituted party composed of Danzik’s current business partners Douglas C. Bean and Bill Hinz entered into a settlement agreement with Danzik’s judgment creditors. The creditors were paid off in order for them to consent to Danzik’s warrant for arrest being vacated. So, the question would be where did the money to pay off a $7m judgment to Danzik’s prior creditors come from?
These are just publicly available facts to add to the mindshare from research after Mr. S Szilard suggested looking it up. No opinion to fight over. Ms Roxanne this may be part of your audited financial statement concern.

Oops - I got it wrong - Harry Ewert was previously listed as CEO of Quantum Energy Inc - William Hinz was listed as Chairman of the Board.

Mr. PC: - Except that qree.energy is not really Danzik's site. Danzik is only a "contractor" at Quantum Energy Inc. William Hinz, the former Charlatan Executive Officer of the company, has retired, and the other officers no longer want to list their names on the "Leadership" page (which never included Danzik). Nobody seems very eager to be known as the new CEO of Quantum Energy. The whole scam is collapsing, because they no longer dare to repeat their fraudulent claims in public.

The magnet lab picture has now changed!! It looks to me to be a fake image of some sort, there is sign writing apparently on the roof where of course nobody on the ground can see it. Mr Dorick, i know what should have been in that paragraph on magnets and i don't know why i failed to spot it immediately. It is of course SAMARIUM, a lanthanide similar to neodymium and not selenium that should have been mentioned- doubt if Danzik would know the difference. I wonder how Mr Szilard's installation is doing, it sure must be near completion now??
