Archeos Entertainment has hired Mr. Michel Zgarka as their new
CEO. Mr. Zgarka will replace Mr. Gentille on April 16^th, 2013 once
he returns from MIP TV in Cannes representing Archeos Entertainment. This will
be the first phase of structuring Archeos Entertainment. Mr. Zgarka will create
his board and the Board will hire the Management needed to successfully bring
Archeos Entertainment worldwide presence.

 

Michel Zgarka  has over 30
years experience in the entertainment industry. He is a great asset and he will
bring a vision and set a coarse and achievable goals for the company to aspire
to. Mr. Zgarka has already started his great work with Archeos by negociating
lomg standing contracts with world wide distributors and acquiring
content. 

 

The company will be publishing these contracts in the following
days and weeks. These contracts are a key factor in creating revenues.
