Environmental Solutions Worldwide Announces North American Therma Cat™ Sales Orders Surpass $10 Million for 2010

Environmental Solutions Worldwide Inc. (OTCBB: ESWW) (Frankfurt
Stock Exchange FWB: EOW) announced today that since the beginning
of 2010, the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, ESW Canada Inc.,
(ESWC) has received Therma Cat™ sales orders in excess of $10
million. Over sixty percent of the orders have been received during
the last six months. The sales orders from the Company’s North
American distribution network represent both On/Off Road
applications. Therma Cat™ is the company’s proprietary California
Air Resources Board (CARB) verified Active Level III Plus
System.

The Therma Cat™ is an active diesel engine pollution-reducing
technology utilizing an automatic electronic controlled hydro
carbon based filter regeneration system without affecting the
engines overall performance. The filter regenerations take place in
real-time engine operation without the need for driver/operator
interface and without vehicle/equipment downtime or daily
maintenance intervals. This unique approach gives the Therma Cat™ a
very diverse and large potential cross section and demographic of
On/Off-Road applications. These include school buses, municipal
vehicles, delivery trucks, sweepers, port forklifts, wheel loaders,
excavators, graders, dozers, grinders and cranes.
