Energy Management International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ENMI) announces today that management has completed execution of an agreement with DBAR Leasing, Inc. (http://dbarcapital.com) to receive a one-eight net working interest in the "M.G. Burnam" oil field property lease that is held by production. The net working interest was purchased for corporate stock as specified in the agreement. DBAR Leasing, Inc., headquartered in Abilene, TX, is the field operator and production oil is gathered and purchased by Plains Marketing, L.P.

Energy Management International's President Howard Dunn negotiated the agreement and perceives this as management's continued effort to identify and acquire marginally producing oil fields that can benefit from the new oil well steam treatment technology recently acquired by the company and other secondary recovery efforts.
