ELRFF: 1-for-1,000 stock consolidation followed by a 100-for-1 stock split. Shareholders holding fewer than 1,000 pre- consolidated common shares will receive cash equal to the number of pre- consolidated common shares multiplied by $0.11 per pre-consolidated common share. All other shareholders will receive the number of post-split shares to which they are entitled. If a shareholder holding 1,000 or more pre-consolidated common shares is entitled to receive a fraction of a common share following the consolidation and split, such fractional common share shall be rounded to the nearest whole number, with fractions of less than 0.5 being rounded down, and fractions equal to or greater than 0.5 being rounded up.

i picked a bit up today on the tsx. A disaster for those in early but they've still got to have near 200 million in the bank and 80mil plus pgm's in the ground. Trading like an explorer, market is fed up with management

This thing is a monster, no debt, huge assets. Can't imagine why there is no interest in this thing.

shitty management, shitty juristricton but alot of pgm's and cash. should be interesting to see how much cash they have left after construction stoppage at that mine
