with Premier Venture Partners, LLC, for a $3
million equity line of credit financing facility.
- Pursuant to this Equity Purchase Agreement, Premier Venture
Partners has committed to purchase up to $3,000,000 of the Company's common stock over the
course of 36 months. As part of the agreement, the Company is
required to register the shares of common stock with the Securities
and Exchange Commission ("SEC"). Details of the agreement will be
found on the Company's report being filed on Form 8-K with the
Securities and Exchange Commission.
