Same, invested roughly $80,000 from 2012-2015. Cashed out $7,500 last year. Any word on how we can sue for damages?

Anyone know good ole Marco Moran is doing in prison? I go back to 2013 with Dewmar. We were all taken for a ride by that crook! Nice to know he finally got what he deserved. I can't believe the company is still operating, especially publicly!

They need to submit filings on OTCM to trade freely again not just on there website

We cant buy? I cant with TD , unless someone knows of another broker, but rule was we cant buy until they upload , market maker took a sell above yesterdays price? Or Market makers shuffling between each other , or is some other buyer getting through somehow?

There should be some disclosure from the OTC or expert marker or whatever to give us answers while we wait for upload.... see other stocks that are getting volume during this past year that the new rule took effect too that aren't current........

NOTE 4 – PROMISSORY NOTES

During the three months ended September 30, 2022, the company issued $78,000 in unsecured promissory notes to various shareholders. These notes carry a 10% interest rate and mature on June 30, 2023. During the three months ended September 30, 2022 the Company Accrued $1,300 in interest on these notes.

JMoney, The company has to pay a fee to OTCMarkets and then they can upload to OTC. It seems to be simple, but who knows what the strategic plan is....

No more info I can find , they need to upload to otcmarkets all the filings they have ready is basically what it comes down to is all I can figure...

New filing about to hit as time frame is this week as they have been consistent with the last bunch of Quarter reports....

DEWM needs to upload them all now , see if this is the time , then they open up the market to buyers , if they want to that is....

Some nice updates with it all and should take off , get over the .01+ would be nice of course...

No dilution in over a year now as same share structure.
