After trading resumed this month, I have exited my 8.5k shares of CXBS at .3

I am a risky investor but there is no point in holding out on a company that has evidently committed fraud. I'll take my money while I can. We are all extremely lucky that the stock is even trading!

When stock shareholders cannot trade their holdings, why not ask brokers are all of your holdings tradable?

I did ask my brokers, finding few of my CXBS holding share(s) are not tradable; some are labeled as restricted common.

Now over time there may be around 10,000,000 restricted CXBS shares, not all mine.

My broker calls what you label, as “Grey’s” in my broker’s terms are restricted, and CXBS restricted are forever non-tradable shares, until application of Rule 144.

Wow, some never learn. Grey is forever for suspended stocks 99.9% of the time, I doubt this will be one of the .001% that made it back to an exchange.

Filings this week?

All i See is a broken promise to file last month. The Company intends to file the Form 10-K by or before April 16, 2018.

It is open for trading on the Grey Market, but nobody wants any of this scam. That is why there are no trades. When it does trade, it will be sporadically and way below the last closing price. Best to count your investment as lost.

Does anyone know what’s happening with CXBS? Does anyone know what’s happening with CXBS? The deadline has passed, but it doesn’t look like it is trading. Does this mean the SEC investigation is ongoing? I’m new to this so please forgive me if I sound stupid.

Doesn't get much funnier than this: The Company subsequently discovered that a “Certificate of Compliance” posted on the Company’s website from the Nevada Department of Agriculture dated September 28, 2017 is not authentic. ... The Company’s investigation did not uncover the source of the inauthentic Certificate of Compliance, but the Board of Directors will continue investigating this matter. Liars lie....and that is about all they do do.
