Yes indeed! But I’m afraid that we’ll not get the opportunity to buy at these prices for very long! The share price will escalate greatly once Coretec is out of executive market! I pray that it happens soon in March!……

I'm not disagreeing with you, but I believe it's obvious that the company won't be freely trading until it comes current with its financials.

If its giga-factory is being supported with Federal Govt. funds, it needs to be very careful that they won't be pulled, especially if they in no way support Musk's business empire.

I understand the situation with financial documentation requirements by SEC. What I’m saying is that the company should proceed building the giga-factory right now. That way they can get this ball rolling along! Work on getting federal funding & giga-factory built now and not later! ……

I'm not suggesting that they don't do the work, but why we're down is because they're not doing the required financial documentations. Until they get up to date on the quarterlies we'll be stuck where we are in spite of mega-factories, etc.

Well I pray that this SNAILS PACE ends soon with expert market. Then proceeds to a very rapid pace of commercialization for Endurion anode! How long does it take to build a giga-plant?…….

Gunny, this is true of most of the products which eventually are approved.

IMGN's first approved drug was a conjugate of Herceptin. Genentech, who owned Herceptin wasn't interested until IMGN actually conjugated it and gave them a sample to try. They entered a partnership, and Genentech insisted on major improvements in the way it was conjugated before going further. IMGN investors had thought it abandoned after roughly a decade of preclinical work when suddenly it was alive, and they were bringing it into the clinic. After roughly a decade more it gained approval with the name Kadcyla. Sadly IMGN didn't wait for the small royalty stream they were due, they monetized it and stepped away. It became a blockbuster drug, but because it was a very early creation by IMGN, its royalty numbers, etc. were really quite small. Its next approved drug, which was wholly owned resulted in a buyout, while profitable, many of us who'd been with the company for several decades were unhappy, though we had a nice profit.

I hope that NWBO doesn't sell out on initial success as regardless what they get, I believe they'll be worth far more if trading independently, at least until they're bringing in blockbuster revenue.

Here's what we know. Several infusions in the millions (somewhere around 10mill to 15mill) have given CRTG options. They're consolidating like oriented companies into a single focus and they're planning manufacturing in the United States. Once the filings are complete the stock should reflect the recent moves. Everything brings me to one conclusion - Their actions are those of a manufacturing company NOT an R&D company. If R&D is moving from primary to the background they believe they have a product. Am I the only one who has seen this attitude shift?

That’s what I’m thinking 🤔 And if that transpires, we could potentially see CRTG list on the Nasdaq without a RS, provided CRTG gets state/federal grants.

That makes sense, a giga factory can assemble batteries from multiple outside (close by) suppliers. Hopefully Coretec supplies active anode material.

They are still listed as a 'partner' on the particular page of the website, but the company probably is not aware of that. Hard to figure, a website is a first resort when trying to learn about any particular company or business, you'd think there'd be some activity.

Maybe part of a larger overall development? A battery manufacturing park? Just riffing....hoping there is opportunity here for CRTG to get a slice of the pie.

Microporous appears to be building a plant which manufactures battery separators, and not complete batteries. This might not be the battery giga-factory that Coretec is desiring to be involved in.

I am not sure if there is any relationship between CRTG and the University of Oklahoma anymore. That would go all the way back to when the entire focus of the company was to design a functional 3D imaging chamber for commercialization.

I am not even sure if that is part of this company's plans moving forward at all. I do believe the research partnership with OU is no longer in effect.

Wasn't CRTG or TDCP (3Dicon) already operating in one of the Oklahoma University's previously? Might be another reason for them to team up in OK.

It appears that unless Microporous is licensing tech from CRTG, and digging around on their site it is apparent that they aren't planning to at this time, that CRTG is not part of this deal.

Maybe there'll be an announcement? I can't imagine the state of Virginia is looking to permit two sizeable battery plants at the same time, but maybe. Companies making sizable investments generally want assurances they won't be competing for resources within their immediate operating environment for some appreciable amount of time.

I believe the gigafactory will be built in Virginia, since they lost a bid for the gigafactory with CAGL.

Trump will make a deal with Coretec! With all the federal cuts & eliminations of federal spending, there’ll be money for funding businesses….

I believe that since Coretec intends to manufacture its Annie’s in the US, they will receive federal funding & tax breaks! Bring on the products & jobs!!!!!

If the factory is built in the USA (My recommendation is Oklahoma City) then CRTG will get state assistance. As far as federal assistance I suspect there are enough eager partners CRTG will have private help getting things started. There may even be some federal help if they can show a national interest. Either way people need more and better batteries so if they pass the tax cuts and get our economy juiced... The skys the limit.

I don't think there will be federal support for giga-scale battery manufacturing. They must do it without it or wait another four or five years.

Still going to say the 10Q makes no mention of the Series D offering, just because they couldn't file on time doesn't mean that every material event up to the time the report was due has to be included. In the end and at this time it is moot, the annual report is now due for the year ended on December 31st and the details of the D Shares must certainly be included there. Filing of the 10K (or lack of filing the 10K) is probably the next significant waypoint in this circus - about a month from now. In my opinion there is zero chance the 10Q comes out ahead of the 10K, there's too much negative information that needs to be revealed. On the other hand since the stock is de-listed there is no damage such negative information could have on the PPS. Missing the due date on the 10K will be negative however, de-listed or not.

KYOCHON F&B faces 38.6% operating profit drop amid management transition costs

KYOCHON F&B plans to introduce various new menu items reflecting new consumer trends in the domestic market, and to expand existing stores in countries where it has already entered, as well as develop new countries and regions in the overseas market.

There are filed around the same time every year in Korea by companies there . Kib wasnt the only one filings.

The Series D offerings and this Major restructuring of Coretec is what has kept the 10Q from coming out on time . That will be proved and shown in the filing that that is the case when the 10Q does come out . Hopefully they are or have wrapping up the Series D share offering for now so they can get all of that information in the 10Q which is required since the Series D offering started on November 6th before the filing deadline for the 10Q in mid November even though the quarter ended Set 30th . They can continue until March 30th and can extent it 45 days but i hope that its wrapped up for now and that they are getting that information related to these Major Corporate Change into the filing so they can put out the 10 Q .

I believe that Endurion battery technology commercialization is imminent, hopefully sooner rather than later. There is no indication it is not working.
I believe the company's actions and statements so far cannot be achieved without the commercialization of Endurion Technology.
We will see.
