A.R.T. Digital Holdings press releases are directed toward the crypto industry news outlets, not stock boards, to better position them for funding and new business opportunities. IMO that makes good business sense.
Examples of targets have been:
Finbold.com, based in London, is a finance and crypto platform.
Decrypt Media Inc, is a media and creative studio that reports on emerging technology and alternative financing.
Zephyrnet, reports on cryptocurrency, blockchain innovation, and digital economy.
Tech Bullion, reports on fintech, blockchain, and cryptocurrency.
FINSME.com, is geared toward entrepreneurs, angel investors, and venture capitalists worldwide.
DL News, an independent news organization reporting on cryptocurrency and decentralized finance. It is based in Dubal, UAE.
MENAFN, (Middle East North Africa Financial Network), a leading provider of online and wireless financial content and financial technology platforms to leading institutions and consumers around the Arab world.
The last two on this list, concentrated in the Middle East and Africa, carried the press release “A.R.T. Digital Secures Exclusive Agreement with Forced Physics to Transform Bitcoin Mining Cooling Technology”. This is important because of two statements in the PR.
1) This innovative design eliminates operational complexities and reduces infrastructure costs, making it ideal for deployment in energy-rich but hot climates like the Middle East, South America, and other regions with scarce water resources.
2) Operate in extreme climates with intake air temperatures up to 120°F.
Having the PR released on DL News and MENAFN was a calculated move to enter the Middle East and African market. Now those in that region know that A.R.T. Digital has a solution to their Bitcoin mining problems, which are heat and lack of water.
So, maybe they are not releasing PRs to the news outlets that give the share price a quick rise; they are however releasing to news outlets that offer the best opportunity to generate more business and growth. IMO, share price will eventually reflect company accomplishments and shareholders will get the payday they’ve been waiting for.
