Bangfu Technology Group Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2022 (the “Annual Form 10-K”) within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense. The Company presently has limited accounting and financial personnel and therefore requires additional time to compile and process the information necessary for the completion of the Annual Form 10-K. The Company is undertaking efforts with a view towards filing its Annual Form 10-K within the fifteenth calendar day grace period provided by Exchange Act Rule 12b-25.
