I can only imagine. As far as AXCG, I have been in this for a good while and have never written off. I think Chris is smart and knows the value of his shell. Not sure of statue of limitations, but maybe there’s a possibility here too,

Probably not. Every now and then someone buys or dumps what they had. Other than a pump and dump, this is still a dead stock.

Same here. Chris really screwed us big time. However, he got away with it. If he would sell the shell and then we get some payout to the stuckholders that would allow me to get back a small portion of that I hold I will gleefully bail. Don't think that is going to happen.

Like you I’ve been here since 2010 and was hopeful that Chris Carey would turn gander tv into the next Netflix. Especially when I saw his interview on fox . I never sold my shares still have them all 25 million of them . I enjoy looking at them from time to time ??

Someone may once again be wanting to run a pump and dump on this dead shell. May just bail on it this time to clear my account. It will take weeks to set up if so.

That is how the last P&D started. Random 1.5 m buys that slowly became a bit more, but not enough to raise an alarm until the pump began.

Yeah, this is how the last wild pump started. Quietly buying zillions of shares and then letting it run wild on pure speculation that something was up. (it wasn't) I guess this is not he only shell to have this happen to it.

I can now trade AXCG on etrade...how many times can SEC suspend a company in a year??? What's next step, termination???

Ummm.... This company folded up business several years ago and has been a shell since then. It got picked up and pumped last year for some odd reason and now sits awaiting either sale of the shell to another company or restart as some new business. Neither of these is in the works for now. So..... not sure why everyone bought into the pump as the pumpers had been buying stock up months ahead of the pump and had money made no matter what when it ran.

Exactly. Chris knows the value of this shell. I honestly do not think he’s going waste it. I would not be surprised if he’s able to back the logistic company right into this shell. Riding on free shares. Would be a very welcomed move.

He would need a new business to to do that. However, I am surprised he has not sold the shell by now.
