I’ve given up on all DE plays. If he gets custodial to any, it better have less than 10mm in the float, or I won’t invest.


Ben started his first ever update with bitching about DE. To date, not one has gotten cut loose. DE confuses me for aState that has more registered Companies than any other. You’d think they have a stream line process. The money must not be good enough for DEcyo care about some abandonment she’ll full of problems?
That’s going on a year come August.
That gets mighty close to the purgatory date.

I can see DE giving all shells to Synergy snd a week later, they are all sent to the grey sheets.

Just too many others to follow in my opinion.

5/14/21 Synergy update stated: I believe we are supposed to hear something soon on the Delaware petitions. The independent opinion ordered by the court should be due any day. I will try to get an update next week.
