After reading the changes that Jake P Noch has suggested and the large list of Participants recorded with the DTCC does this indicated after many years of this activity from the past they are liable for damages how does one figure out who is the culprit without the help of the SEC and the DTCC. He claims it to be the fifth music rights organization with 7.4% market share but according to this his company isn't even recognized as a legitimate music rights organization. Why is it that in every legitimate major third party publication in regards to the industry his company is never mentioned, recognized or acknowledged as a legitimate company in the space? I mean I don’t blame them. I got rid of a bunch but kept a few. This isn’t going to be overnight and honestly looking at the company trying to make it current I don’t think this will be anything other than an OTC wash and repeat shell.

But hey a few pennies for a run is still a win.

My experience with these pennies, is that as soon as it makes a positive move those with millions of shares sell, never allowing it to gain momentum.
