I don't think there is a present threat of them going to the grey market, as they do seem to constantly make efforts to stay compliant and current with their financial reporting. Of course that fact on their own doesn't make them a good investment - there are lots of compliant companies that are still garbage.

A little up swing happens when a whale buys shares. Comes back down though. What I'm really impressed with? That fact they're not handing out shares to any bidder and the short volume is low. The share price is maintaining, and the company is content with very low volume. Basically, if you want shares, you'll need to get really close to the 'Ask' price.

Like I wrote, since the beginning of the year the stock price isn't going down anymore!
It is proven now already like 7 months, it is lately even getting stronger to the upside, hopefully the next quarter will give the final push !

The massive toxic debt means that long term the only direction is down. There is no bottom forming.

You can clearly see that there is a longer bottom forming. This didn't happen since a very long time, this means it can go up OR down again.

The numbers will have to proof it, if the company improves again this will go up, but still a couple of real good quarters needed to go up to $0,50 though...

Summary of year 2021 results :
- Revenue and gross profit jumped higher
- Much higher net loss
- Higher short term debt
- Higher long term debt
- Paid off ( and converted ) 2 notes ( read debts )
- A lot more numbers of shares

So "this year" the company :
- has to push for more revenue and more gross profit, now that corona crisis is under "control"
- the company needs to reduce debts

Both points would be a for a better future ! That is why the stock price is table since some months.. now company needs to prove it !

The only positive point that is good about the publication of ABCE's S-1/A is that the "gross profit" end september ( Q3 2021 ) was positive and it was almost 30% profit of the revenue.

Next step is getting profitable "net income from operations".

Of course the bad news is the 150 million extra shares at $0.001 and a very negative shareholders equity

Last week fake ABCE rallied 150% with no news and the price dropped very quickly with no sign of bottom support. I believe this stock is not a buy. Big guys fake to sell their shares.

There is no technical reason at all to think this is stabilizing.

It will test and break recent lows. Wait and see.

Not even going to think about taking a position until we see trips. Then it will depend on the situation with respect to dilution.

Over the last few days, the PPS quadrupled from bottom to peak.

I think you'll find that was the rally. I wouldn't expect much more; the fundamentals certain don't warrant it.

Could be a nice rally next week.. But not based on any news, so temporary higher, then wait for news....

Every single quarterly report shows a significant increase in the OS. The massively dilutive toxic debt they have taken on and continue to take on is also in these reports. These are just facts, and nothing that you type in all caps defeats that.

Anyway, the rally is fading, so this is all probably a moot point anyway, as presumably you have done the right thing and taken your profits.

ABCE .0082 could finish RED as bad as these MM's and PUMPERS are, with over 60 mil in vol, verse 10 day ave of 4,1 mil, the crooks are out in full force, plus dilution is extreme with this pig and mgmt
