Process Capital Corporation (TSX VENTURE:POR) (the "Company") announces that the
TSX Venture Exchange ("TSX-V) has determined that the Company meets the
Continuous Listing Requirements of the TSX-V, and the Company will not be
transferred to NEX. As a result, the shares of the Company will continue to be
listed for trading on the TSX-V.
