Jetcom Inc. ("Jetcom" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: JTM)

This press release is being issued at the request of the TSX Venture Exchange Inc. (the "Exchange").

Jetcom held its last Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM") on June 29, 2007. The Company is offside the Exchange's requirements for holding an AGM for a second time. Jetcom has now called an annual meeting of its shareholders for February 16, 2011. The record date will be January 12, 2011.

The Company has undertaken to the Exchange that it will hold its future AGMs within the time period required by the Exchange's Policies.
